Been waiting for this class since I took the Fall Edibles class. It was amazing! Looking forward to learning about another seasonal piece of the puzzle. And The wife is coming to this one!
Hi Lisa, we are meeting at Harrison Branch Boat Ramp in Tallassee. It is directly across from 5033 Calderwood Highway.
Required Gear – Notebook to sketch plants
Pens or pencil
Camera or phone for pictures
Water, lunch, and snacks
Bags for collecting
small glass jar
If you want to bring a foraged dish to share, please do
We will be working off trail, so that means we may run into poison ivy, briars, bugs, etc. Wearing long pants, boots, and bug repellent is a good plan. Weather can always be unpredictable, so bring rain gear and clothing appropriate for the season.

isn’t 129 down that way (off 411), the Dragon? Is there a landmark you can point out? Like what’s at 5033?
